Traveling overseas is usually a relaxing and exciting experience. However, it can also sometimes be taxing on both the mind and the body. To help you stay healthy, here are some key tips.

Do not overpack so you can move around more freely with your luggage.

Pack a first aid kit to be able to deal with any health issues right away.

Make sure to have supplements to help support your immune system.

Do not get too close to anyone who is sneezing, coughing or generally look unwell.

Wash or sanitize your hands properly after using public areas.

Avoid touching your mouth, nose, and hands.

Use disinfecting wipes to clean the areas you would touch on the plane.

Inform a cabin crew member if you observe that a passenger is looking ill.

Drink lots of water to stay hydrated and to combat fatigue and jetlag.

Get adequate sleep to keep your body functioning properly.

Eat breakfast every morning to help keep your energy levels up during the day.
